YOU will receive a $100 gift card for each referral that results in a space showing and written proposal to a bona fide prospective tenant. Referral applies to any participating building within the Bergman Portfolio (see below).


2. Rent Savings for your Company!
YOUR COMPANY will receive a rent credit equal to $1.00/SF times the amount of space leased by the Referral Tenant (not to exceed 1 month of your company’s current base rent) for any direct referral that results in a lease of 3 years or more.


3. Earn More Cash!
YOU will also receive a $250 - $500 cash gift card for any direct referral that results in a lease for 3 years or more.
