Senior Property Accountant, Assistant Controller
Carolina joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 2014 as a senior property accountant and assistant to the controller where she oversees a portfolio of 8 properties. Carolina’s primary responsibilities include financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and day-to-day property accounting.
Prior to joining Bergman, Carolina was a Senior Property Accountant for Onyx Equities LLC for 13 years where she was responsible for the day to day accounting matters for various real estate properties, which included commercial, retail and residential.
Carolina earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Kean University.
